About Me
With over 10 years of experience as a dietitian, Michelle has had the privilege of supporting clients across all stages of life and with a wide range of nutrition needs, including paediatrics, pregnancy and fertility, cardiovascular health, diabetes and weight management.
Michelle believes nutrition should work with you, not against you. Her approach is practical, individualised and neuroaffirming, with a focus on meeting you where you’re at and helping you make meaningful, achievable changes that fit into your life. She is passionate about moving away from an “all-or-nothing” approach to nutrition and instead helping clients build sustainable habits that support their health and wellbeing.
Michelle's motto is “progress, not perfection.” She believes that small, consistent changes can make a meaningful difference, and that healthy eating doesn’t need to be restrictive, complicated or perfect to be effective.
She has a particular passion for supporting people using weight loss medications, helping them optimise their nutrition and lifestyle alongside medication to support muscle and nutrient intake, overall health and, importantly, their long-term wellbeing.
Her special interests include PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, and IBS, as well as supporting clients with their broader nutrition and health goals.
Wherever you are on your health journey, Michelle is here to help you find an approach to nutrition that is realistic, achievable and sustainable — because progress, not perfection, is what matters.
Please note, Michelle Davies operates their own medical services business at Next Practice Braddon and other locations. All correspondence should be directed to the individual practitioner themselves via the Next Practice Braddon email braddon@nextpracticehealth.com
