Late cancellation/non-attendance fee: 100% of booked consultation fee. (Applies for appointments cancelled less than 2 hours prior or NO SHOW). Fee must be paid before further appointments are booked.

Weekend Fees (effective from 14/7/2025)

Weekend and public holiday appointments will incur an additional charge to cover higher operational costs during these hours.

Dietitian (effective from 1/11/2025)

Patients with a valid GP referral and care plan may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate. No rebates available for Telehealth appointments.

Any non-attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be charged at 50% of the consultation service.
